I orchestrated the drafting of our 300 page Department Manual, covering document review, data entry, and reporting process for our particular department. This is a collaborative and living document, growing to meet our needs and operational responsibilities, because emerging technology and new processes require our workflows to evolve along with it. We use Adobe software like Illustrator and Photoshop for graphics, and Acrobat for the textual editing.
I took part in a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the smooth transfer of all Alaska's and Horizon's training data. My primary role was:
Help the team transfer Horizon's portion of the data
Audit the data post-transfer to ensure high levels of accuracy.

Used Excel functions like concatenate and conditional formatting to ensure every row data was exactly the same across both databases.

Used Adobe's comparison tool to compare all class and qualification details.
Power Automate and Apps
Created an Audit log that automatically tracks creation, modification, and deletion of files and logs it into a SharePoint List.
Created a Power App that functions as our main news feeds.
Created Power Automate workflows to sort incoming emails depending on department.
Python Scripts
Created a script that extracts PDF information from a specified format, and transfers it to a specified word document template. Able to run this script in a folder of PDF files, and outputs all in an output folder.
